Green Globe at 5th World Ecotourism Conference

LOS ANGELES, California – Green Globe Certification is honored to be the only certification body invited to speak at the 5th World Ecotourism Conference, taking place in Cebu, in the Philippines, from February 20-22, 2014.

The annual World Ecotourism Conference (WEC) is held in collaboration with the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), and is the world`s most important ecotourism conference in the ecotourism fraternity. Under the motto “Marine and Coastal Ecotourism: Oceans of Uncertainties, Waves of Opportunities,” the 5th World Ecotourism Conference will bring together global ecotourism players to network, collaborate, and share their experiences, best practices, and technologies for the betterment of nature conservation, preservation of communities, and consequently, the advancement of ecotourism around the world.
