Vanilla Islands innovative Facebook operation extending its success

vanilla etn

The recently-launched Vanilla Islands Facebook social media operation to encourage local photographers to showcase their respective islands is proving to be a huge success.

The promotion dubbed “Carte Blanche” provides the free hand to several photographers from the different Vanilla Islands to put forward their perspective of their home country. This partnership is a win-win as both the photographer and the Vanilla Islands Facebook page get exposure with original content material and in turn allows local homegrown photographic talent to be put forward.

This operation started off with Lionel Ghigi from Reunion Island and continued with Steve Nibourette from the Seychelles over the last weeks – both having numerous followers to their own Facebook pages. This week, the Carte Blanche has been given to a local Malagasy photographer by the name of Iako ( https://www.facebook.com/iakophotography?fref=ts ).

The Vanilla Islands consists of the Seychelles, Madagascar, Reunion Island, Mauritius, Comoros, Mayotte, and Maldives. The successful and unique operation is set to continue as the Vanilla Islands Organization wishes to promote local artistic talent in its marketing drive on social media.

Please visit the Vanilla Islands on its Facebook page and be amazed by the quality of local photographic talent that the Vanilla Islands has to offer.
